What is an Exercise Physiologist?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) are experts in the field of health and exercise rehabilitation using the prescription of exercise with a range of health issues and injuries.
What is an AEP?
The AEP’s of Prescribe Exercise Physiology Wollongong excel in exercise interventions in areas ranging from chronic conditions, such as diabetes and obesity, to improve your functional ability following injury or illness.

Our AEP’s also have experience in creating exercise programs for the gym, fitness centres, home-based exercise programs, swimming pools, and to enable you to safely return to work.
Our team will provide a tailored exercise plan based on your assessment so that you can get better, move better and regain control of your health once again.
As we are a specialist AEP clinic we collaborate closely with dietitians, physiotherapists, physicians and other therapists to optimise your outcomes.
